Robin A. Buchanan is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Sections of California.  She attended Pacific Coast University of Law part time as she raised her children and Biola University, graduating at the top of her class while raising three high-energy kids who all went on to serve our country.

She is the managing attorney at the Law Office of Robin A. Buchanan, and has extensive legal experience in the areas of Family law, Trust and Estate Law and Elder Law gleaned from professional positions she has held at the Orange County Family Court as well as positions in private law firms.

Robin understands how divorce and post-death litigation affects the entire family emotionally and can destroy the assets and investments if not handled properly.  This is where Robin’s experience, knowledge and expertise become critical.  Utilizing her team of experts, she has the passion and talent to negotiate the results you deserve.  She will strongly advocate your legal position if litigation is necessary.

Robin is happily married and is a very proud mother of two sons who have served as US Marines.  One son was awarded a Purple Heart for his service and her other son served multiple tours of duty, graduating as “Honor Graduate” from a military specialty school.  Both of Robin’s sons are living stateside and are currently pursuing higher education.  Robin’s daughter attended Kings Point Naval Academy as has been a joy to all.  Robin is most thankful for her loving husband and family.
